Madison Wiarek

Hello! My name is Madison (Maddie) Wiarek. I’m originally from Franklin, Wisconsin which is a Milwaukee suburb. I completed both my undergraduate course work and pharmacy school at UW-Madison. I currently work at the Madison VA as an ambulatory care pharmacy resident and absolutely love it (always happy to chat about ambulatory care or pharmacy residencies for those who are interested!). My career goal is to continue practicing within a VA setting; I really enjoy working with the Veterans and having my own scope of practice at the VA. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my partner and golden retriever, Cooper. We like exploring state parks and finding tasty beverages to enjoy after our hikes!
