About the Pharmacy Student Mentor Program:
The mentorship program is a way for DPH-1 students, pre-pharmacy students, and pharm-tox students to connect with current leaders within the School of Pharmacy. We pair mentees with current PLS members in the beginning of the fall semester based on similar interests/backgrounds. This provides interested students with the ability to make an instant connection within the school of pharmacy and to feel more comfortable as they begin their journey to a PharmD.
As leaders within PLS, we recognize and value the development of future leaders within the field of pharmacy and are excited to foster these relationships. There are many PLS members who are willing to meet one-on-one either as a one-time session or as an on-going formal Mentorship for students who did not sign-up for the program in the beginning of fall.
If you are interested in learning more about the PLS Peer Mentorship Program please contact Kaelyn Dwyer (kmdwyer2@wisc.edu).
