Research Symposium Poster Presentation

UW-Madison School of Pharmacy, 7th Annual Poster Session
Tuesday, April 19th from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

SCCP is hosting the 7th annual Research Symposium on April 19th at 12 p.m. Pharm-Tox and PharmD students participating or who have recently participated in any sort of health science related research will be sharing their work.

Please consider attending the event to learn about research completed in the SOP and to support your peers! There will also be food catered in and provided at the event!

ACCP Clinical Pharmacy Challenge

SCCP will be hosting the ACCP Clinical Pharmacy Challenge local competition at the end of April 2022 (formal date and time pending). This competition is open to any DPH-1, DPH-2, and DPH-3 students who are interested. It is NOT just limited to SCCP members.

In this local competition, students will take a written exam on a variety of pharmacy topics (multiple choice with some T/F). The top three scorers will form the team that will represent the UWMadison School of Pharmacy in the national competition this fall! If you are interested, keep your eyes open for a google doc signup sheet that will be sent out via email and on the Facebook org page.

Please be aware that winning the local competition is a binding commitment, and the quarterfinal, semifinal, and final rounds of the national competition take place at the ACCP Annual Meeting in Phoenix, Arizona!

Braino Consults

With DPH-1’s approaching their first consult, SCCP has
coordinated and will again host practice Braino consults! We need DPH-2’s and DPH-3’s to sign up to act as patients!
