- Completion of a minimum of 209 total credits. (determined by graduation year)
- Completion of all prepharmacy course requirements. (minimum 72 credits)
- Completion of all courses required in the professional pharmacy curriculum, including 12 credits of professional electives.
- Completion of a minimum 42 credits of Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPEs). .
- Enrollment at UW-Madison for a minimum of 30 credits. The last 30 credits for the degree must be completed while enrolled in the UW–Madison School of Pharmacy.
