Lockers are available for School of Pharmacy students in Rennebohm Hall. The lockers are located on the first and second floors of Rennebohm Hall. Locker assignments are only valid for one academic year.
- DPH-1, DPH-2, & DPH-3 students: Lockers are re-assigned in August each year, Students will find their annual locker assignment in the SOP Intranet: Demographics and Addresses Application.
- DPH-4 students: Students scheduled for an APPE clerkship rotation at the School of Pharmacy or UW Hospital can request a locker in Rennebohm Hall. Contact the Office of Student Services at 608-262-6234 or stop by 2220 Rennebohm Hall to make a request.
