Problems, whether of an academic or nonacademic nature, with a School of Pharmacy course should be dealt with as soon as possible. Students are encouraged to first contact the course coordinator to discuss concerns or to provide constructive feedback. Issues that are unable to be resolved through discussion with the course coordinator should be discussed with the student’s academic advisor or the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. A grievance procedure, to be used in case of unresolved issues, is described in the Complaints Policy.
