Problems, whether of an academic or nonacademic nature, with a School of Pharmacy course should be dealt with as soon as possible. It is the student’s responsibility to contact the appropriate person for the course. This may be the faculty member directly responsible for the course or the teaching assistant. Any issue not resolved at this level can be taken to the student’s academic advisor, who will attempt to provide assistance. A grievance procedure, to be used in case of unresolved issues, is described in the Complaints Policy.
