Graduation Requirements

PharmD Program Graduation Requirements

1. Completion of a minimum of 205 – 209 credits.
2. Completion of all prepharmacy course requirements.
3. Completion of all courses required in the professional pharmacy curriculum, including 12 credits (depending on admission date) of professional electives.
4. Completion of all non-professional curriculum graduation requirements.
5. Fulfillment of the grade-point average requirements as stated in the PharmD Student Promotion Policy & Procedures.
6. Enrollment at UW-Madison for a minimum of 30 credits. The last 30 credits for the degree must be completed while enrolled in the UW–Madison School of Pharmacy.
